Tracking Your Build Status

Once a partnership agreement is signed, transparency is our priority. Property owners and developer partners can track the progress of their manufacturing and construction in real-time.

Using Your Project ID Upon contract signing, you will be assigned a unique 6-digit Project ID (e.g., P-10293). This ID is the key to accessing your project data.

How to Check Status You can request a status update through our partner portal or by chatting with our automated support assistant. When prompted, provide your Project ID. The system will retrieve the current stage of your project from our central management system (Monday.com), providing details such as:

• Current Phase (e.g., "Factory Production" or "Foundation Pouring")

• Estimated Completion Date

• Pending Actions (e.g., "Permit Approval Required")

Notification Settings You are automatically subscribed to weekly email summaries. If you wish to receive SMS updates for major milestones (such as Module Delivery Day), please update your preferences in the partner portal.
